The die development cycle is 30-45 days, during which design plans and processing progress can be shared. After trial stamping, free samples are provided for customer confirmation; customers only pay for sample express delivery.

After die approval, customers can entrust us with batch stamping production, or take delivery of the die separately, fully meeting different customer needs. For customers with long-term mass production demand, we also provide lifetime die maintenance services to ensure continuous and stable production.

We have established a strict die quality control system. From die steel procurement, we verify material and hardness. During processing, we inspect dimensional accuracy of each key component. After assembly, we conduct trial stamping verification, focusing on dimensional consistency, burr condition and smooth operation of stamped samples to ensure the die meets design standards.

We accept on-site inspection by third-party institutions. Delivered dies come with a 1-year warranty against non-artificial damage. Quality problems within the warranty period can be repaired or parts replaced free of charge, fully protecting customers' production schedules.
